[South Korean Court Rejects Flow Foundation's Request to Halt Delisting of FLOW] On March 13, the 50th Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court rejected the provisional injunction application filed by Flow Foundation and Dapper Labs against Upbit, Bithumb, and Coinone to stop the termination of trading support for FLOW, stating that the submitted materials were insufficient to prove the preservation of rights. The court noted that FLOW can still be traded on other domestic and international exchanges, and if related issues are resolved in the future, the possibility of relisting cannot be ruled out. The three exchanges decided to terminate trading support for FLOW due to a hacking incident involving the token. FLOW was delisted as scheduled at 3 PM on March 16 from Upbit, Bithumb, and Coinone, but it remains tradable on platforms such as Korbit and Binance.
