The *Guidelines* specify that courts must transfer seized virtual currencies into designated cold wallets and establish mechanisms such as "separation of execution and management," "multi-person, multi-lock," and "mutual supervision." Additionally, requirements for private key confidentiality and technical security are outlined to address safety and regulatory issues encountered in previous judicial disposals. The article points out that China currently lacks unified rules for handling virtual currencies involved in legal cases, and local jurisdictions are still exploring solutions.
