After I sold my house back in January, I am like, maybe I should just not buy a new place to live this time? Just rent/live in AirBnbs and hotels + invest in crypto/stocks. If AI will be as massive as I think, then real estate doesn't feel like the best bet going forward.(Route 2 FI)
