Actually ran through it once, integrating AI with the exchange—using Claude to connect OKX MCP is still the most hassle-free option. Other clients like opencode, codex, and cursor are pretty much the same. At this stage, openclaw isn’t that stable yet. For MCP integration, Claude Desktop is much more reliable. Installation process: 1. Make sure you have Node.js 18+ installed, then globally install: `npm install -g okx-trade-mcp` 2. Set up with Claude Desktop: `okx-trade-mcp setup --client claude-desktop` Once done, just Cmd+Q to restart Claude Desktop. 3. Usage: Simply use natural language to chat with Claude: "How much is BTC right now?" "My account balance" "Market buy 100 USDT worth of BTC" "Set a stop-loss for BTC—sell if it drops to 90,000" "Create a BTC grid bot with a range of 80,000-100,000" Feel free to explore more ways to play around with it. No API Key is needed for checking market data, but it’s required for trading and account inquiries. For any operations involving funds, Claude will confirm with you first.
