The plan involves adjusting the execution behavior and cost of the SELFDESTRUCT instruction in the TRON Virtual Machine (TVM) to further enhance compatibility between TRON and Ethereum's EIP-6780. According to the current proposal, if the feature is ultimately enabled, the SELFDESTRUCT instruction will only truly delete a contract when invoked within the same transaction that created the contract. In other cases, it will only transfer the contract's assets without deleting the contract. Additionally, the energy consumption of this instruction will be adjusted from 0 to 5000. At present, the proposal is still in the community discussion phase.
