Update: House Ethics Chair Michael Guest (R-MS) will chair the ethics panel investigating allegations against Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX) with Rep. Deborah Ross (D-NC) as its ranking member. The other two members of the investigative subcommittee will be Reps.
