The Affordable Housing Programme, one of our flagship initiatives for job creation, employs more than 640,000 young people across the country. It is also transforming the landscape of our nation with decent homes, modern markets and hostels for university and college students. Laid the foundation stone for the 1,165-unit Chesumei Affordable Housing Project, Nandi County. Our plan is to invest KSh15 billion to deliver 10,000 affordable housing units and 16 modern markets in the county.
