According to CoinDesk, data from GitHub, the world's largest code hosting platform, shows that the blockchain ecosystem is experiencing a significant loss of developers. Since early 2025, weekly code commits for crypto projects have dropped from around 850,000 to 210,000, and active developers have decreased to about 4,600. The number of developers in major ecosystems like Ethereum, Solana, and Base has fallen significantly, with Aptos developers down by about 60% and BNB Chain commits down by about 85%. Only wallet infrastructure has seen slight growth. In contrast, GitHub Octoverse reports that over 36 million new developers joined the platform in 2025, with annual commits increasing by approximately 25% year-over-year. AI-related repositories and LLM development tools have grown rapidly. Among the remaining contributors in the crypto space, the proportion of senior developers has increased. https://www.(wublock123.com)/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=show&catid=6&id=58009
