[Tencent Responds to 'Bulk Scraping ClawHub' Accusations: Only Retrieved 1GB of Data from Official Sources, and Non-Concurrent Requests]
Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on March 12, the Tencent AI X account Tencent AI (@TencentAI_News) responded to community accusations regarding 'bulk scraping ClawHub,' stating: 'Hello Peter, we understand your concerns. SkillHub is a localized skill platform developed by Tencent based on the OpenClaw ecosystem, aimed at providing better skill availability and speed for Chinese users. We have been open and transparent in stating that we operate as a local mirror site and have always credited ClawHub as the data source. In the first week of launch, we handled 180GB of traffic for users (870,000 downloads), while only retrieving 1GB of data from official sources (via non-concurrent requests). Many members of our team are active contributors (code and PR), and we are eager to support the ecosystem and become better sponsors.'
