Today everyone’s hyping up Perplexity, and honestly, if you hadn’t mentioned it, I’d have forgotten I still have a few dozen bucks in there unused. I used PP a lot before, but after Gemini’s capabilities leveled up, I pretty much forgot this company even existed. They once bragged about taking down Google and acquiring Chrome—what a joke. I don’t think they’ll come up with any groundbreaking products. For OpenClaw-like implementations, it’s really up to the big Chinese companies competing with each other . After all, they’re the best at turning ideas into reality. Once there’s a clear direction, it won’t take more than a few months before we see better products rolling out.
