The Paraguayan National Tax Administration (DNIT) has issued Resolution No. 47/26, requiring crypto asset platforms and related management entities to report users' crypto transaction data to tax authorities. This includes wallet addresses, transaction hashes, and the networks used. The new regulation applies to Bitcoin and other crypto asset transactions and will be incorporated into the tax reporting system. Transactions involving donations, inheritances, or NFTs exceeding $5,000 annually must also be reported. This measure aims to strengthen tax oversight and comply with FATF anti-money laundering recommendations.
