In response to a question about expectations regarding support from the German Parliament. At the beginning of the year, an important meeting of the Coalition of the Willing was held in Paris, during which a decision was made regarding security guarantees – specifically the part that depends on our European colleagues. The co-chairing countries – the United Kingdom and France – signed the corresponding declaration. This declaration is then forwarded to the parliaments of European countries that are ready to support it at their level. We hope that German parliamentarians will back Germany’s participation in security guarantees once the war is over. Second, financial support. Germany is the largest supporter of our army. Such decisions depend on parliamentary approval. There is the PURL initiative, through which we have the ability to purchase missiles for the Patriot systems. These are ongoing funding allocations, with decisions made both at the government level and by parliamentarians. For us, this is very important. Third, we are preparing an energy plan to protect Ukraine’s energy sector, particularly focusing on decentralizing the energy system to defend against Russia. Protection is needed in various forms: additional gas and electricity supplies, building interconnectors. There's also a need to technically increase import capacity from Europe in case of shortages. Beyond that, there are boiler plants, wind and solar generation, and much more. We are counting on Germany’s support in this area. Equally important is the involvement of the European Union and Germany in the negotiation process. Because this track includes topics such as Ukraine’s recovery, Europe’s security infrastructure, and Ukraine’s EU membership. Each of these matters is significant, and we expect support on them.
