Economist: US inflation data has not accelerated yet, but will be affected by the war
According to TechFlow, on March 11th, Peter Cardillo, Chief Market Economist at Spartan Capital Securities in New York, commented on the US CPI data that in a sense, this is good news because we have not seen an acceleration in inflation. In fact, from a year-on-year perspective, the level of 2.4% is not far from the Federal Reserve's target of 2%. Therefore, I believe this can be considered a form of relief. Of course, these data still depend on the progress of the war. If the war continues for a long time and oil prices remain at current levels or rise further, we may see higher inflation in the coming months. (Golden Ten)
