[YZi Labs Demands CEA Industries Address 'Operational Vacuum' Issues and Terminate 10X Asset Management Agreement] According to a report by Globenewswire, YZi Labs issued a statement indicating that, based on a lawsuit filed by investor Abraham Gomez against Nasdaq-listed company CEA Industries and its director Hans Thomas, the company is in an apparent 'operational vacuum.' It lacks a CFO, COO, operations or marketing team, a fund management system, and even a registered domain name or functional website. YZi Labs stated that this situation highlights the failure of CEA Industries' board of directors in oversight. Furthermore, while signing a 20-year asset management agreement with 10X Capital Asset Management to manage substantial funds, the company failed to establish basic corporate governance and operational infrastructure. Therefore, YZi Labs is demanding the board publicly respond to the allegations, establish an independent committee to investigate Hans Thomas, and terminate the agreement with 10X Capital Asset Management.
