There's no need for Alpha to exist. Without Alpha, every token would have the expectation of being listed on Binance spot. Just like those meme coins before, spending millions to get listed on Binance was super bullish and would always bring a wave of action. Now it's just the Alpha listing expectation, and once it's listed, it dumps.
