Revisiting the Principle of Taker Analysis: One Article Helps You Eliminate All Misconceptions
Since I first shared the 'Taker' analysis method a year ago,
There have always been many new and old friends asking related questions,
Therefore, after nearly a year, today I plan to talk to you again about the concept of Taker,
While reviewing the principles, this article is also used to answer all common difficult and complicated questions at once ⚗️

Taker concept review
If you are a new friend or a friend who doesn't know what "Taker" means,
I have previously written a series of tutorials explaining the concept of Taker,

Why do we need to look at the K score? Can't four hours of K be considered?
This is one of the most frequently asked questions to me, because a year ago,
When I first shared the concept of Taker (quoted below), I mentioned the use of K-score,
Since then, many friends have come to ask this question.
Here is a complete answer once again:
Concept review: K points+large proportion of entities+huge quantity=appearance of Taker
➡️ Assuming there are two K-bars with a large proportion of entities, namely K divided by minutes and K divided by four hours
➡️ Splitting K only counts for 1 minute, so the fault tolerance is low and the possibility of Taker existence is higher
➡️ Four hours of K, it is entirely possible that 'the first 3 hours and 59 minutes were falling',
At the last minute, there was a 'low volume rally' in low liquidity conditions,
This situation is clearly not the 'strong taker buy' we are looking for,
But after the 4-hour K-bar is finished, it also looks like a 'huge amount of K with a large proportion of physical objects'.
In other words, because the statistical time is short, compared to four hours of K,
The probability of a "false strength caused by low volume rallies" is much lower,
That's why I mentioned in the following quote that we need to consider the core reason for the K score ‼️。

Taker Buy has entered, can I do more?
This is also the question I have been asked n times in the past year.
I have shared with you multiple times about my personal contract trading system,
It is mainly composed of three core elements, namely:
Liquidity (searching for traces of Stop Hunt)
Taker strength analysis
Maker Strength Analysis
The main reason why I want to include Taker analysis is because:
I need to rely on the strength and weakness of the Taker to help me determine whether Stop Hunt is valid
Stop Hunt, Specifically referring to the hunting behavior of smart money in liquidity accumulation areas,
I have also written a complete tutorial on detailed concepts. Interested friends can refer to the following link
The reason why I will never make a breakthrough order: the trap of the banker hunting for liquidity

Full post as evidence: How can I perfectly predict the two waves of ETH surge through liquidity
https://(((((x.com)))))/market_beggar/status/1959793243404829167
As shown in the attached figure:
When the price falls below the previous low, the market will coincide with two types of orders:
one ️⃣ Breakthrough trader (short if it falls below)
two ️⃣ Long stop loss traders (those who previously went long above the previous low usually set their stop loss at the previous low)
These two types of orders are both 'Sell', so if you have large funds and want to go long in this region,
They can first drop the price below the previous low and introduce the liquidity of the two types of orders mentioned above,
Eat up their liquidity again to reduce the wear and tear costs when building their own warehouse.
But many times, prices often fall below their previous low and then return to their previous low,
Some of them are Stop Hunt behaviors of smart money, while others are simply weak rebounds.
To distinguish between the above two, we can borrow the concept of Taker:
If it is really smart money to build a warehouse, then when it returns to the previous low, there is a high probability of strong Taker Buy accompanying it
Similarly, if it is a bearish Stop Hunt, it requires the following:
A brief breakthrough from the previous high+a drop back below the previous high+accompanied by a strong Taker Sell during the drop back.
Therefore, in my trading system, I am not always monitoring the Taker,
But only pay attention to whether the Taker appears when the price reaches a specific liquidity aggregation area ‼️
As for why there is no need to monitor Takers in daily life, the reason is simple:
The powerful Taker Buy you see at any given time,
Maybe it's just because a certain whale suddenly feels like buying 1000 BTC,
Obviously, this situation is not the smart money we are looking for.
