Did GPT-5.4 get some kind of upgrade? I asked it to develop a local version of Discord, and when it was almost done, it told me my product positioning had issues and suggested just using Discord directly. In the end, it even helped me figure out how to do it better. After reading it, I felt it made a lot of sense.
