According to insider reports, Bitget internally mandated yesterday that all employees must learn and use AI. They even distributed the pre-installed OpenClaw Lobster Assistant to staff. Upper management has required everyone to become proficient in using AI to boost efficiency, and employees who fail to adapt to AI may face elimination. Additionally, Bitget formed an AI team last year and tested an AI product called GetAgent, which recorded 2.5 million transactions. Due to the recent AI craze, the exchange has decided to upgrade its related business lines. Another employee confirmed that during their department’s weekly meeting this morning, the leader conveyed the message that refusing to embrace AI would lead to direct elimination. However, since the new assessment criteria haven’t been issued yet, it’s unclear whether AI proficiency will be included in annual performance evaluations. This essentially means that cryptocurrency exchanges, much like internet companies, have started requiring all employees to use AI internally.
