Why has the 20 millionth bitcoin not been mined yet? Due to several aberrations. 1) Genesis block doesn't have a UTXO. 2) BIP-30: there are 2 blocks with duplicate coinbase UTXOs; one of them effectively does not exist. 3) Blocks in which miners didn't claim the full subsidy.(Jameson Lopp)
