USO n its element right now, up 12% pre-market on top of a 40% jump in past mo. It demolished its volume record last wk with $22b. It's 3rd in pre-market trading. I wrote this ETF off forever after it changed strategy due to COVID oil futures craziness, but it proved me wrong. (Eric Balchunas)
