Today I signed the newly amended Constitution of the Federal Republic of Somalia, approved by both Houses of the Federal Parliament. This historic step ends the provisional era, strengthens state institutions, protects citizens’ rights, and advances Somalia’s democratic future. (Hassan Sheikh Mohamud)
