Based on my current experience and some feedback I’ve gathered from friends, here’s a casual rundown of these models:
1⃣ **Gemini**: Currently recognized as one of the most stable agent models. It handles complex task breakdowns, tool usage, and multi-step processes very reliably. The downside? Frequent API overloads and rate-limiting issues.
2⃣ **MiniMax**: Super low cost and great value for money, but its personality is pretty bland. Perfect for being the “workhorse intern” in domestic automation pipelines.
3⃣ **Kimi K2.5**: Excels in long-context handling and agent architecture, making it great for tasks like document analysis and visual processing. Another solid “workhorse” model from China. However, its stability is average, and for complex workflows, it tends to write a ton of verbose code and then keeps debugging itself.
