According to a report by Jinse Finance, a federal judge dismissed a civil lawsuit on Friday. The lawsuit sought to hold the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, and its founder CZ accountable, with the plaintiffs alleging that related transactions facilitated 64 attacks carried out by terrorist organizations globally.
U.S. District Court Judge Jeannette Vargas, based in Manhattan, stated that the 535 plaintiffs (including victims and their families) failed to provide reasonable evidence proving that the defendants 'had a culpable connection to these terrorist attacks, participated in them as part of their intended outcomes, or acted in a way to ensure the successful execution of these attacks.'
