[International Energy Agency: Logistics Disruptions Pose Challenges, Global Oil Supply Remains Adequate] According to a report by Jinse Finance, Fatih Birol, the Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA), stated that logistics disruptions caused by conflicts in the Middle East are posing challenges for many countries, but the global oil supply remains adequate. Birol made these remarks while attending a meeting in Brussels convened by the European Union to discuss the state of global energy markets. When asked by the media whether the IEA is considering utilizing emergency oil reserves, Birol said, 'All options are on the table,' but there are no plans to do so at this stage. He added that there is no issue of oil shortages; the current challenge lies in temporary disruptions at the logistics level. (CCTV News)
