The SEC and the CFTC are discussing plans to move into the same space in DC (the building complex right next to the train station, which I gotta say I've been there a few times and it's sooo convenient) altho they wouldn't be merged per se. Nice scoop from @ElleBeyoud (Eric Balchunas)
