[Xiaomi Mobile Agent 'Xiaomi miclaw' Begins Limited Beta Testing]
Xiaomi officially announced Xiaomi miclaw today, marking a small step in Xiaomi's exploration of Agents. It is an AI interaction testing product built on Xiaomi's MiMo large model and has entered limited closed beta testing starting today. According to Xiaomi's official introduction, Xiaomi miclaw enables smartphones to become AI tools. After understanding user intent and receiving authorization, it can invoke third-party applications and ecosystem capabilities, as well as autonomously select system-level tools to execute user commands. It can also continuously grow, adjust its behavior, expand its capabilities, and ultimately consolidate its experiences through a memory system, becoming more attuned to users the more it is used.
As this is a cutting-edge exploratory product, its stability, power consumption performance, and success rate in executing complex scenarios are still undergoing continuous optimization. Some highly complex tasks may experience fluctuations in execution efficiency or occasional failures.
According to the announcement, this beta test will not be open for public recruitment and will adopt an invitation-only system. The official recommendation is not to upgrade on primary daily-use devices. Tech enthusiasts and heavy AI users are advised to back up their data securely in advance and test the product in a controlled environment. Users granted beta access will receive a specific system version push and must upgrade to use Xiaomi miclaw.
This beta test supports only the following models: Xiaomi 17 Ultra Leica Edition, Xiaomi 17 Ultra, Xiaomi 17 Pro Max, Xiaomi 17 Pro, and Xiaomi 17.
