**[Bitwise Donates $100,000 to Support Ethereum Open Source Developers]** Odaily Planet Daily News – Bitwise Asset Management has announced its second annual donation of $100,000 to Ethereum open source developers. This donation is part of Bitwise's commitment to contribute 10% of the gross profits from the Bitwise Ethereum ETF (ETHW) annually to the Ethereum open source developer program. The funds will be allocated to two nonprofit organizations, Protocol Guild and PBS Foundation, to support the research and development of the Ethereum protocol as well as the development and maintenance of open source infrastructure. Hong Kim, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Bitwise, stated that open source developers and researchers are critical to the infrastructure of the Ethereum network. When launching ETHW, Bitwise aimed to support these builders while fostering growth in the crypto industry. Since its launch in July 2024, ETHW has attracted a total inflow of $361 million. Bitwise currently manages over $15 billion in client assets and offers more than 40 crypto investment products.
