The funds were granted to two Ethereum open source developer organizations, Protocol Guild and PBS Foundation. Bitwise had previously committed to donating 10% of the annual revenue from its Bitwise Ethereum Exchange Traded Fund (ETHW) to support the development of the Bitcoin network. To date, this ETF has accumulated over $361 million in capital inflows.
