BIG: NO CAPITAL GAINS on BITCOIN? In a CNBC interview, Senator Lummis said they're working on eliminating capital gains on Bitcoin when used as a means of exchange. I'm not sure if Bitcoin maxis will part with their BTC to buy coffee, but this is big for adoption if it happens. (Lark Davis)
