Announcement: Ouyi suspends Bitcoin and Tron network deposit and withdrawal services due to wallet maintenance We will maintain wallets for Bitcoin and Tron networks. To ensure smooth maintenance, please note the following arrangements: Suspension time: Bitcoin network: Starting from 09:00 (UTC+8) on March 5, 2026, all coin deposit and withdrawal services on the Bitcoin network will be suspended. Tron Network: Starting from 3:00 PM (UTC+8) on March 5, 2026, all token deposit and withdrawal services on the Tron Network will be temporarily suspended. Service Recovery: After the completion of each network upgrade, we will resume coin deposit and withdrawal services under stable network operation without further announcement. The maintenance is expected to last for approximately one hour each. No action required: If you hold Bitcoin and related tokens within the Tron network in your account, no action is required during the network upgrade period. Please note: Transactions are not affected: Transactions of related tokens will proceed normally. But please pay attention to the potential risks of spot, leveraged, and derivative trading of related tokens, and increase margin in advance to reduce risks.
