[Hong Kong SFC Collaborates with Three Major Regulatory Bodies and Cyberport to Launch the 'GenA.I Sandbox++ Program'] According to a report by Jinse Finance, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), in collaboration with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the Insurance Authority (IA), and the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA), has partnered with Cyberport to launch the Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenA.I) Sandbox++ Program. The program aims to promote the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence technology within Hong Kong's financial ecosystem. GenA.I Sandbox++ provides a controlled-risk environment for licensed institutions to develop, test, and optimize generative AI solutions in three key areas: risk management, anti-fraud, and customer experience. Participants in the program will receive targeted regulatory guidance and technical support, as well as free access to GPU computing resources from Cyberport's AI Supercomputing Center.
