[NVIDIA CEO: $30 Billion Investment in OpenAI 'May Be the Last,' Rules Out $100 Billion Investment Possibility] BlockBeats News, March 5 — According to reports from Wall Street Insights, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang stated at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media, and Telecom Conference that NVIDIA's recent $30 billion investment in OpenAI 'may be' the last investment. The reason is that OpenAI plans to go public, possibly by the end of this year. Jensen Huang also remarked: I believe the opportunity to invest $100 billion in OpenAI may no longer exist. So this might be our last chance to invest in a company of such significance. NVIDIA's $10 billion investment in OpenAI competitor Anthropic is also likely to be the final one. Huang reiterated that the deployment of AI computing power is already generating substantial revenue for enterprises, including major publicly listed data center operators like Microsoft. He believes that if these clients can access more computing power, their growth rate will accelerate further; with a threefold increase in computing power, their revenue could potentially triple. He also mentioned that automation design software and system providers like Cadence and Synopsys will become 'bigger and more important' in the future.
