Right now, there are still a ton of small altcoins lying flat, with market cap and trading volume extremely sluggish. They've reached the point where another drop would make selling the shell seem better. Hopefully, this rebound for $BTC lasts a bit longer, reviving overall market sentiment and bringing more liquidity to nourish the small coins. After all, most people don’t hold much $BTC and are relying on small coins to gamble.
