The letter clearly emphasizes that within the framework of exercising inherent self-defense rights, all bases, facilities, properties, and related interests of the US military in the region are considered "legitimate targets" of Iran's strikes. The letter requests that the letter be distributed as an official document of the Conference on Disarmament, stating that the attack by the United States and Israel on February 28th was a "premeditated criminal act" and a "serious violation of the fundamental principles of international law".
