Users affected by the attack can now submit claims, and all affected users will be compensated. IoTeX stated that users with total affected assets of no more than $10,000 will be compensated in stablecoins, covering over 90% of affected users. For users with total affected assets exceeding $10,000, full compensation will be provided in phases along with additional rewards. IoTeX also clarified that the funds for compensation do not come from the sale of IOTX tokens but rather from the foundation's treasury (Bitcoin + stablecoins). Currently, asset tracking and law enforcement efforts are still ongoing, and all recovered stolen assets will be directly used for compensation.
