The SEC told all the 3x, 4x and 5x ETF filers to give it up bc it's not happening, in rare group phone call that only lasted a few mins, no Q&A. So prob that's the last we'll see of those filings, but who knows.. Nice scoop (incl SIX sources) from @isabelletanlee & @VildanaHajric (Eric Balchunas)
