Missed a piece of news yesterday: the Federal Appeals Court rejected the Trump administration's request to pause lawsuits related to tariff refunds and ordered the cases to resume immediately in the U.S. Court of International Trade. The total refund amount is currently around $175 billion, and most of that money has already been spent. Issuing bonds will likely be needed for the refunds.
