FEDERAL COURT REJECTS TARIFF CASE DELAY
A federal appeals court denied the Trump administration’s request to pause litigation over tariff refunds, ordering cases to immediately resume in the U.S. Court of International Trade.
The move follows the Supreme Court ruling that Trump’s 1977 emergency-powers tariffs were unlawful. More than 2,000 importers’ lawsuits are now proceeding without delay, despite the government’s request for extra time to review options.(*Walter Bloomberg)
