GTM is becoming event-driven. Claude can execute entire campaigns before I’ve even read the headline. Here's an example: 1. Scan for companies in your niche that have recently shutdown, sunset their product or pivoted. This happens all the time especially with startups. 2. Find all their customers (scan their blogs, case studies, partnerships etc). You can even ask the agent to use Wayback machine to find older posts that may not be relevant. Create a lead list for direct outreach. 3. Create SEO pages about that competitor immediately: A vs B pages, Alternative To pages, Migration Guide pages, etc. 4. Write a personalized email to each lead offering to help them migrate from [closed vendor] for free. Link to the migration guide that's most relevant to them + a relevant case study. 5. Review and send campaign. Only reach out if you can genuinely help. Make the migration guides actually useful, not salesy. 6. [Bonus] Can also create and run ads for the same. Now you can set this up as an automation that runs every week.
