I wrote my first internal post mortem today for Dark Bio. It was due to an AI generated code in the crypto pathway: A device key was written to disk, but not flushed. After a power loss, the file existed but all zero contents. This key is used in the handshake (i.e. bricked).(Péter Szilágyi)
