Omani Foreign Minister Badr stated: Iran has agreed to never possess nuclear materials that can be used to make nuclear weapons. This was not included in the Iran nuclear deal reached during the Obama era and is a key new clause in the current negotiations. If this is true, then it would indeed be a major breakthrough on the Iran nuclear issue. It seems that Iran is looking to make a significant concession on the nuclear issue in exchange for the U.S. making concessions on the ballistic missile issue (allowing Iran to have ballistic missiles with a range of less than 2,000 kilometers).
