[Trump Faces 2,000 Tariff Lawsuits After Losing in Supreme Court] According to a report by Jinse Finance, since the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that most of Trump's global tariffs were illegal, more than 100 companies have filed new lawsuits. FedEx filed a lawsuit on Monday, followed by several other companies. Subsidiaries of cosmetics giant L'Oréal, as well as footwear companies On Holding and Skechers USA, have also filed lawsuits seeking to recover the import tariffs they have paid. According to Bloomberg News analysis, the latest cases have brought the total number of tariff lawsuits to over 2,000. This has already placed a heavy burden on the trade court, and it represents only a small fraction of the hundreds of thousands of importers who paid taxes under the overturned tariff rulings.
