RUSSIA SLAMS EU OIL BAN AS “MADNESS” Russia’s Foreign Ministry has condemned the European Union’s plan to permanently ban Russian oil imports. Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called the proposal “madness,” saying only a “madman” would support it.
