According to Wu Blockchain, monitored by BlockSec Phalcon, the Ploutus protocol on Ethereum suffered a loss of approximately $390,000 due to an oracle misconfiguration. The oracle was mistakenly set to use the BTC/USD price feed to price USDC. Exploiting this error, the attacker managed to borrow 187 ETH by collateralizing just 8 USDC. The attack occurred in the block immediately following the transaction confirming the misconfiguration, indicating that the attacker closely monitored the configuration changes and acted swiftly. Additionally, the monitoring system detected suspicious transactions targeting FOOMCASH on the Base and Ethereum networks. This incident appears to be a copycat attack exploiting the same root cause as the previous Veil Cash vulnerability. http://(wublock123.com)/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=show&catid=6&id=57257
