Lower highs and lower lows indicate a bearish trend.
Higher highs and higher lows indicate a bullish trend.
Flat highs and lows indicate a consolidation structure.
CRCL weekly chart entered the oversold zone, coupled with positive earnings reports, leading to a 35% price surge in a single week. On the surface, it looks like a strong reversal, but in reality, it’s more like an emotional recovery within a bearish trend.
If the structure hasn’t changed, the trend hasn’t changed.
For the trend to truly turn bullish, it must first break above and hold the EMA, then retest for confirmation, ultimately forming a higher low. Only when the structural logic is broken can the trend be considered changed.
