Looking at NVIDIA's earnings report and conference call, I can only say it's even more optimistic than the most optimistic expectations:
- Q4 total revenue and data center revenue both hit record highs;
- Gross margin surpassed 75%, reaching a new 1.5-year high;
- Data center revenue exceeded expectations, accelerating year-over-year growth by 75%;
- Q1 revenue guidance midpoint is 4% higher than the most optimistic buy-side expectations, up nearly 77% year-over-year, and this doesn't even include revenue from China;
- Jensen Huang emphasized the surge in computing demand and skyrocketing AI applications during the call, while the CFO mentioned that the revenue opportunity far exceeds the previously set $500 billion chip revenue target.
Curiously, no analysts asked about TPU or custom chip competition this time.
