Circle announces Q4 and full year 2025 results: annual total revenue of $2.7 billion, up 64%
BlockBeats News: On February 25th, stablecoin USDC issuer Circle announced its fourth quarter and full year results for 2025, including:
The amount of USDC in circulation was 75.3 billion US dollars (as of the end of the period), a year-on-year increase of 72%;
The trading volume on the USDC chain reached 11.9 trillion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 247%;
The total revenue and reserve income reached 770 million US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 77%.
The total revenue and reserve income for the fiscal year 2025 will be 2.7 billion US dollars, an increase of 64%;
In the fiscal year 2025, the net loss from continuing operations was 70 million US dollars, mainly due to the impact of equity incentive expenses related to the initial public offering (IPO) of 424 million US dollars, while the net profit from continuing operations in the fiscal year 2024 was 157 million US dollars;
The adjusted EBITDA for the fiscal year 2025 is $582 million, an increase of 104%.
Circle said that it is building an economic operating system for the Internet to realize various emerging possibilities from frictionless cross-border payment to intelligent artificial intelligence.
