Binance's main platform now officially supports stock token trading! Binance Alpha just announced the launch of a bundle of tokenized stocks from Ondo. Unlike the previous integration within the Binance Wallet, assets on Binance Alpha can now be purchased directly using your Binance main account, without needing to withdraw assets to the blockchain for trading. This means that Binance, the world's largest crypto exchange, now supports spot and futures trading for certain stock tokens. The provider of these assets for Binance is Ondo, a financial-grade institution in the crypto space. Behind Ondo are leading investors and supporters like Founders Fund, which was an early backer of SpaceX, Meta, and U.S. defense tech company Anduril Industries. If we exclude Robinhood, Ondo currently holds over 50% of the market share for stock tokens.
