They’ve got a national AI strategy tied to a 50-year national vision, with concrete goals around government efficiency, smart infrastructure, and building out real AI-driven markets. And they didn’t stop at policy. They built an entire university dedicated to AI. They see what’s coming, so why doesn’t the West? Europe’s piling on regulations and making AI harder to work with instead of easier. And there’s even a growing movement in the US to block new datacenter construction entirely.
