The platform had issued the token DDO, promising an annual return of 6% and a 20-fold increase in value within ten years, attracting approximately 20,000 investors. The platform's closure later resulted in losses of about $128 million (approximately 900 million RMB). After fleeing China in 2024, the suspect settled in Thailand and frequently changed residences. Thailand has now revoked his residence permit and extradited him to China for investigation and trial.
